So... The beginning of the road to the championship...
The Boston Celtics had 1 of the worst records last year...due to a weak bench and dependent on 1 player...Paul Pierce...
However in the beginning of the year, they acquired Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen.
Garnett ---> Is probably one of the top 50 greatest players in history....hes 6"11' but he moves lyk a guard and can score like a centre and has a great shot. No other player can play like Garnett can.
Allen ---> Not as well known as Kobe or Tmac but, he is a great player, with a real nice 3 pt shot.

Combined with the rebounding power and scoring ability of Kevin Garnett and the shooting ability of Ray Allen, Paul Pierce was able to lead the Boston Celtics to a championship.

This is the first championship for Kevin Garnett, who should have won many many championships but was placed in a crap team, Minnesota Timberwolves. He has finally won his much earned championship. He came close only once, when he made it to the West finals but lost to Shaq and Kobe's Lakers.
